Ticking it is not required to submit the form or to purchase anything from us, and we do not send SMS to anyone who has not ticked it. A separate checkbox is used for marketing messages, so consent for appointment and service messages is never treated as consent for marketing.

If you opt in, you may receive appointment confirmations and reminders for coaching calls you have booked, follow-up messages from our team regarding a booked call, and, if you opted in separately, occasional updates about our coaching programs. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent collected through our website or forms are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
