10. SMS Messaging Program

This SMS messaging program is operated by Apex Coaching Academy Pty Ltd (ABN 78 682 551 935), 71 Davenport Street, Southport QLD 4215, Australia. You can contact us by email at support@apexcoachingacademy.com.au.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to or use our SMS messaging program. By opting in, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We do not knowingly send SMS messages to anyone under the age of 18.

If you opt in, you can expect to receive text messages relating to our coaching services. These include appointment confirmations and reminders for coaching calls you have booked, and follow-up messages from our team regarding a call you have booked. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, you may also receive occasional updates about our coaching programs.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply “STOP” to any message you receive from us. After you send the SMS message “STOP” to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
